Sound & Energy Sessions

Custom individual or group sound and energy sessions incorporating Reiki, crystal alchemy sound bowls, and the Therapy Harp for a unique transformative experience. Each session is individually customized for the client based on assessment and desired intention. No two sessions are the same.

The individual session is what I like to refer to as a “massage” for the mind, body, and spirit.  It is not a traditional massage, but a combination of Reiki (light touch energy work), and sound healing through crystal bowls and the therapy harp (played directly on the body). Everyone’s experience is unique, but the common theme is deep relaxation both physically and mentally.
